Gordon was named Chief Financial Officer of Caucasian group of companies in September 2015 and is responsible for corporate financial reporting, audit, internal controls, and corporate governance. He reports to Peter Barnett-Schuster and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team.

Gordon was responsible for financial reporting (internal and external), internal audit, treasury, tax, financial planning and analysis, risk management, internal controls, and corporate governance.

He holds a Ph.D. degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Arizona, USA, and the recipient of the 1993 American Concrete Institute’s T.Y. Lin Award for the best paper published in their Structural Journal. His professional experience spans several countries in the MENA region and the US, including KSA, UAE, and Jordan.
A proficient technical writer with a high degree of contractual writing and articulation skills, he poses extensive knowledge of the application of contract management and alternative dispute resolution procedures, and has prepared detailed cost claims and assessments on large and specialised projects. His thought-process is both logical and pragmatic, and his approach to problem-solving is practical. He has excellent presentation skills, has taught several graduate level courses at Universities as well as presented numerous technical and FIDIC-related workshops in the US and KSA.

She possesses an excellent background in M&A, structured finance and securitization, banking, and complex commercial transactions.
She previously served as Counsel to a major New York law firm and as the European General Counsel for several major U.S., German, Swiss, and Japanese companies in the banking, automotive, and IT sectors. In addition, she has acted as acting general counsel to a UAE governmental entity in the hospitality and tourism sector.
