Gordon C. Barnett Chief Financial Officer

Gordon was named Chief Financial Officer of Caucasian group of companies in September 2015 and is responsible for corporate financial reporting, audit, internal controls, and corporate governance. He reports to Peter Barnett-Schuster and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team. 

Gordon served as Chief Financial Officer to PAPT Inc. having been appointed to that role in April 2012. Gordon was responsible for financial reporting (internal and external), internal audit, treasury, tax, financial planning and analysis, risk management, internal controls, and corporate governance. 

An extremely experienced senior executive of over 35 years Gordon gained his knowledge and experience through working with the military, public service, telecommunications, business consulting, and large international financial services groups operating in USA, UK, Europe and Asia. 

In the past Gordon was a founder of a number of business consulting practices, served as a CIO for many organisations, was Regional Managing Director (Europe) and chaired the British Police Enterprise Architecture Board. Gordon has a PhD in business administration specialising in eCommerce.






Fadi Alkhairi Principle Management Consultant

Fadi is seasoned AEC professional with over 26 years of progressive hands-on contract administration, claims resolution, procurement, and technical management experience. He holds a Ph.D. degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Arizona, USA, and the recipient of the 1993 American Concrete Institute’s T.Y. Lin Award for the best paper published in their Structural Journal. His professional experience spans several countries in the MENA region and the US, including KSA, UAE, and Jordan. 

A proficient technical writer with a high degree of contractual writing and articulation skills, he poses extensive knowledge of the application of contract management and alternative dispute resolution procedures, and has prepared detailed cost claims and assessments on large and specialised projects. His thought-process is both logical and pragmatic, and his approach to problem-solving is practical. He has excellent presentation skills, has taught several graduate level courses at Universities as well as presented numerous technical and FIDIC-related workshops in the US and KSA. 

Fadi has been instrumental in the preparation of various commercially and technically-related policies and procedures, including subcontracts, interim payment applications (for both main and subcontracts), variation orders, shop drawing reviews & coordination, and procurement.

Gayle E. Hanlon Lawyer/Barrister 

Gayle E. Hanlon JD, of counsel, handles extensive and demanding international assignments in areas of dispute resolution, arbitration, mediation, adjudication, and litigation in the UAE, as well as before international arbitral tribunals and the Dubai International Financial Centre courts. 

Among her notable cases is a matter of complex commercial litigation, representing members of a Kuwaiti family against two banks, in the largest case of regulatory breach and mis-selling before the Dubai International Financial Centre courts. The case, rendered a substantial award in October 2015 in favour of the Complainants, and is the first award of multiple damages according to U.S. law before the DIFC courts. 

Gayle Hanlon is also a highly experienced business lawyer and has particular expertise in complex transactional issues, including cross-border matters and intellectual property law in the UAE, and beyond. She possesses an excellent background in M&A, structured finance and securitization, banking, and complex commercial transactions. 

She previously served as Counsel to a major New York law firm and as the European General Counsel for several major U.S., German, Swiss, and Japanese companies in the banking, automotive, and IT sectors. In addition, she has acted as acting general counsel to a UAE governmental entity in the hospitality and tourism sector.





Ahmed El Idrisy Principle Management Consultant

Ahmed is a Principle Management Consultant with more than 23 years of management experience in upstream oil and gas as well as construction. 

A former director at the Ministry of Petroleum Sudan. Instrumental in the development and implementation of HSE management systems and regulations for oil and gas in Sudan, chairing the technical cooperation committee between Sudan and Norway, key in the development of technical capabilities for oil and gas industry. 

An extremely well experienced QHSSE Practitioner with a sound academic background holding two Master Degrees in Environment Management and Disaster Management along with multiple diplomas in Occupational Health and Safety, Leadership, Information Technology and Strategy. 

Ahmed has gained his experience through serving with international companies across many countries including Qatar, UAE, Malaysia, Egypt, Kenya and other African countries. 

Ahmed is an active member of international professional organisations with Chartered Status and Member Status with IEMA, IIRSM, IOSH, IAIA, SPE, IRCA. 

Ahmed is an active IRCA approved principal auditor for management systems and has lead more than 150 third party certification audit teams.

A former Deputy General Manager at Ministry of Energy & Power (KP) & Senior Strategist for CPEC in Pakistan. Nouman is an active IRCA accredited principal/lead auditor for management systems and has lead more than 100 third party certification audit teams and 300 internal audits for different industry clusters. His expertise’s are in Quality, Safety, Lead Auditor, ISO's, OHSAS & API-Q2 Practitioner, Master Trainer, Performance Excellence for support & operational services and Lean Specialist.
